Cashier Bad Customer Service (Mapula)

On Monday, while paying for food items at Pick n Pay at Eyethu Mall, I was assisted by a very uncharismatic lady with less than desirable service named Mapula, who was overseeing the training of a new cashier for what it looked like. Her attitude was not welcoming, she didn't greet me and overall, her display of customer service was way below average. The worst display I've seen from any cashier ever. If that's the type of service she's teaching to the new stuff member, I'm very concerned.
