Cashier bad attitude

Good morning. I'm unhappy about how I was treated at Pick n Pay Brits Mall. I was assisted by Anikie Mmasepitsa. I'm not writing this for someone to be fired or get a warning but to fix her attitude. She needs to know that not every black woman is coming to the store to attack her as a cashier. I merely asked why ddnt she take my smart card or ask s, she rep**** with an attitude to say she has forgot and I ddnt bring it to her. I understand she is not perfect and we do forget but she could've merely said sorry I forgot and not with an attitude. I kept quiet and looked at her because I ddnt want to cause a fight but I ddnt like how she spoke to me. I'm not a child and perhaps older than her.
