cashier at fault

I paid my dstv acc and my rates acc on 1st Sept ...on the 6 Sept my dstv was put off due to me nt paying ...i phoned multichoice to query it but they havent received any payment ...i check my slip and to see the cashier didnt pay dstv acc instead put both payments on my rates acc...i went into pnp lotus river to tell the manager and he with 2 ladies couldnt sort out the problem however told me the head office is close and took my details will get back to me ...regarding my refund as i had to pay my dstv again with the R50 reconnection fee ...10 Sept i phone pnp again and still no reply with regards to my refund which the cashier made the ***** up nt me ...
