Cash withdrawal from tills

I work in cape town cbd I always shop at pick and pay strand street, everytime i ask to withdraw money they always say they dont have money. I have experience this more than 5 times. Why do you offer people to withdraw money if you always dont have money? I have been to Shoprite and Checkers when Cashier doesnt have money they ask the next cashier if they have or request the money. Why cant your cashiers do the same thing? I went to the same pick and pay yesterday and Cashiers name is Lezle. I asked her if the next cashier doesnt have R300, her reply was no she doesnt have without even asking her. <br> <br> Do Not give people options if you wont be interested in helping them.
