Cash Withdrawal At Till

Was absolutely digusted and humiliated yesterday at your Canal Walk branch. I requested to do a withdrawal at the till, and after asking the teller 3 times what I wanted to do, I ghad to ask her multiple tmes to repeat herself as she decided to whisper her answer to me. I mean, I had to learn closer to her just to her what she said and all I got was something about a supervisor. Thankfully the supervisor was close by (short lady with short dark hair).<br> I then requested AGAIN to do a withdrawal at the till. I gave my amount and was immediately told she didn't have money. I then asked, as I have done this at Checkers before, if one of the other tellers didn't have the amount? The supervisor immediately answered NO. So I then out of frustration, asked why do you then advertise this then? to which she shrugged and walked off. I just shook my head, paid for my items and was about to leave, when to my total embarressment heard the supervisor asking the other cashiers in a loud and sarcastic tone if they had money for me, (she was kind enough to point me out as well), infront of a full shop. Needless to say I wil Never be returning there.
