Cash out voucher

Please train your staff at the branch in cresta shopping centre, I wanted to cash out a pick n pay voucher. I was sent to a teller who apparently knew how it works when I showed a picture stating all the details and has the name pick n pay cash voucher, with all that said before I knew it there were three people trying to figure out what is going on, then they started to talk about how this is a voucher at a different company when their companies name is on the screenshot. This is my first time using this service and surely will be my last. Please train your staff with the services you provide, it was quite irritating and frustrating hearing how that voucher is with a different company, like it says pick n pay on the screenshot. This was the first issue so late in the afternoon I went to pick n pay at northcliff, they said they aren’t allowed to do it and that the system is offline, like if you don’t know just admit it don’t go and tell a customer such nonsense. I will never make use of this service again and I would say that it is removed completely.
