Cash at Tills

Good Morning,

I have always loved shopping at Pick 'n Pay and normally service is done with a smile at most of the branches so it pains me to have to write a review here with a low rating.

On your Website you boast about the ability to withdraw cash from tills at over 5000 branches. "Cash withdrawals - Draw cash at any one of over 5000 tills nationwide. Use selected cards from: Nedbank, Standard Bank, ABSA, First National Bank (selected accounts)."

Then why would my wife be told that your store does not have cash and that she needs to stand around and wait for it to be generated. Now I would understand if it is a large amount like R1000+ but this was for only R230. How can a newly revamped store not have cash on site to help a customer on the service it advertise it can deliver?!

Pretty pathetic service from Pick n Pay Strand Square.
