Carelessness of pick n pay ASAP

Hi Peter I have a problem here ordered some groceries at pick n pay ASAP on Saturday 26 April around ten past 5 in the afternoon till now I haven't received my groceries and they took my money over 500 I've been trying to call their customer service but no respond I received an email from them telling me my oder has been delivered I even went to the store at mams mall they told me I ddnt oder with them my oder is at pick n pay Tshwane mall like I m not happy at all.i just need my money back please help a sister my number ***
