Carefull with pick n pay!!!!

Be careful when you do an exchange with pick npay to pay the money back to your account!! I was there on Saturday and then they said 3 working days its Friday still nothing, I phoned head office they said no its 10 days, so then they need to train the staff on what they tell the customer, the guy at head office was so arrogant, he didnt really want to help, so pick n pay I will boycot you though I buy all my things at your stores.... Incompetant!!!
