card machines are a BIG problem

So today going to pick n pay in gordons bay which I do often due to convenience of the location, I got the items which I needed and went to the tills to pay.getting greeted with a smile was a pleasant surprise firstly and the quickness off the transaction came as a close second, but upon giving over my card to pay...as per usual my chipped card can't be read on the chip function of the machine which seems to be a regular occurrence at JUST this branch. I have brought this to cashiers as well as various supervisors attention and nothing gets done.the cashier says nothing and just swipes the card. I know it may seem petty but the chip is there for a reason,SECURITY, and the machines are obviously an issue if this is the only shop my chip won't read on the machines. I would suggest you get your tellers to take up the practice of being courteous enough to firstly ask permission to swipe if the card doesn't read an secondly when you make it clear you don't want it swiped make a plan for an alternative machine instead of sitting miserable with a mouth full of teeth. As a regular client at the branch its pretty disappointing nothing has been [URL Removed] on guys make a plan!!!!!
