Car License Renewal Service

I used the car license disk renewal service and I am yet to receive my disk. The staff were hardly aware of the service and took time for them to figure out what to do when I went into the store to pay. I registered & paid in February, it is now May and I still haven't received anything. I logged a ticket with support & heard nothing back. Terrible terrible service, I was promised my disk to be delivered in 10 working days.
