Car license renewal at Pick & Pay

Pick & Pay License Renewal Service does not work. I have registered 3 weeks ago, struggled with their online uploading applications and then went 3 times to different Pick & Pay's to do the payment. Unfortunately nothing worked and the system said "user has no payments". I now have 2 vehicle fines to pay. Phoned their customer service and 2 operators confirmed that they cannot help me as "there seems to be a problem with the system". P&P, please stop advertising this service.
