Car guard insulting a costumer.

Yesterday I went to pink n pay Reyno Ridge with my kids and my helper, my daughter went in with my helper while I stayed behind with my son, I was sitting going thru my fone when I heard the sound of the car opening and when I looked at the screen the boot was opened looked at the review mirror the car guard was standing next to the car, I went out and asked him if he was trying to open my car, the car guard freaked and made a hella of a noise started calling me crazy, and the managers at pick n pay watched him dis respecting me and they said they have no control over him cuz they don’t know who hires them, the guy threatened me and took pictures of my car front and back , my concerned cuz I alwys shop there, every 2nd day I buy something there and that guy is there untamed. How do I go abt sorting out this issue cuz now I don’t feel same going there and very disappointed in the management for not sorting out the issue, where must I start and who can I contact to sort out this issue?
