Car damaged whilst shopping
Dear Pick 'n Pay,
On Saturday the 10th of February 2018 I went to Pick 'n Pay at Springs Gate in Springs. After shopping I went back to my vehicle. When I went back to my vehicle with my entire family I told the car guard that I was ok and that there is no need for him to assist putting my parcels in the vehicle. You see I was high jacked before and if I approach my vehicle I get on my nervous due to my bad experience before of being high jacked. On Sunday the 11th of February 2018 I went to Pick 'n Pay again and parked on the very same parking away from everyone and far from the entrance with my right hand side of my vehicle facing the garden. When I got home my vehicle was completely scratched on the right hand side and one could see it was done intentionally. This was clearly done by the person that I spoke to the day before. I washed the car on Saturday afternoon and nothing was wrong with it. So I'm definitely sure that it took place in the car park at Springs Gate. So unfortunately as from today I will never ever visit any Pick 'n Pay again. I will not support a business that is in a complex who has car guards doing this to vehicles. My total spent a month at this Pick 'n Pay was a substantial amount and my money that I work for will not be spent at this shop ever again.
Regards, FJ du Preez
