Can't you at least let customers be notified if there's any transactions on their cards or let them approve and decline when there's transactions done on their cards.

Since February I have been saving few bucks to assist in festive season. Today on the 4th November I am sending my parter to go purchase to my surprise my account is left with R249. The only time I am not in position of my card is when I send him to go load the gift card. When I called their customer care I have been told 8 of purchases done on the card, while the card is still with me except when sent for it to be loaded when I can not.
