Can't Rica the mobile simcard

I took my ID AND Proof of residence to the store in Waterfall Mall Rustenburg on Friday and waited to get a Pick n Pay mobile starter pack Rica'ed which took time. At first the lady wanted to charge me R9.99 and she Rica'd it with my forms. I then spent hours later that weekend trying to get it to work. It said Service Suspended. I then downloaded the mobile app and found it was not Rica'd my Id was not on the database. I tried to self Rica but my photo was not accepted. Please Rica it and give me 1GB data for my troubles.
