Can't return
Good day I bought a Salton 3 bar heater at pick n pay braamfischer on the 17th of July 2020 .. To my disappointment the other bar on the heater is nolonger working properly and on the side the plastic is peeling off...I lost my receipt in the house however I managed to pull thru my husband's banking statement that shows the transaction for that day..I returned the heater but am being told I can't be helped due to no receipt.. according to my knowledge if u fail to produce the original receipt u able to produce the banking statement so that the receipt can be traced.on the 9th of October I took the heater back and was told the manager is off and I spoke to her on the phone and she promised to help me on Monday which is today wen I got there she still couldn't help...now I DNT walk to get to that store I use public transport which I explained to her on Friday even today I was not helped please assist me
