Cant refund?

And so AGAIN I cant do an exchange at this branch. While visiting I bought a lycra short at the Little Falls Pnp Clothing. But when I got home it didn't fit. Wanted to exchange at the Pnp closest to me which is westonaria. But even with tag on clothing and till slip they cannot exchange and they do have a clothing section. Could not quite understand the manager as to why they cannot exchange it because they don't stock it but yet I have done this before. Such a hassle. O wait I'll go all the way back to little falls to exchange!!!! Guess I'll never shop at PnP again so that it doesn't have to be this big thing to get things returned.
