Can’t redeem Phakamisa R40 voucher - staff don't know how to

Overall I am a very happy PNP shopper, but just want to inform managers that the staff is not trained for the smart shopper returns. Their answer to me was just: I didn’t receive training and don't know how to give the discount. So I actually drove further to go to PNP instead of Spar because of the voucher.. and stood in the queue just to NOT get discount. Please make sure you add a bar code or train your staff to redeem them.

The voucher was:

Valid from 30/11/2022 - 30/12/2022
