Cannot fit/try on bras (including sports bras) and swimwear at Pick n Pay clothing store before purchasing

Pick n Pay, please direct me to the policy that prohibits fitting/trying on bras (including sports bras) and swimwear at Pick n Pay clothing stores. Not the policy prohibiting returns of underwear but the policy that prohibits fitting/trying on bras and swimwear in-store. Fitting on a sports bra and swimwear was allowed before but I just found out recently that it is not allowed. I checked with staff because from my experience including during this year, it was allowed. Considering this was allowed before, any prohibition now should be made explicit so that people don't have to go all the way to a Pick n Pay clothing store only to be told you cannot try on a sports bra and swimwear when they could have just gone to another store where they are allowed to try on these so as to buy the right fit.
