Cancelling the whole store

Once again I am sitting with so much sadness in my heart firstly I have Adhd and I set up my life in a way there is convince. Pick n pay ASAP seems to always miss the bar. My order has been given to a stranger before, come with broken eggs, I have waited 3 hours for my order but the store is 15/2 mins away. Today they deliver my order with a missing item and only mark it as out of stock when the driver was literally already here so I call customer care they tell me to place order and it will be sent out right away.... I place order and the estimate changes to tomorrow.... I have people coming over today and I can't get my bottle because of the system I just don't even want any order now I want them to pick it up

Also bag was not even properly sealed I. Sorry if I am rambling but I am always so calm but when it come to things like this... I should be related and preparing and all I am doing is crying cause I am feeling like an idiot to think lick n pay cares.... They gave me a coupon which was used on this order and some of my money that coupon I received it last week it wouldn't work for so many days and finally worked today I just think everything is mental gymnastics and I ordered online for the exact opposite....
