Cancelled order without any notificatio

Very very poor service,i placed an order at 11:00am at pick n pay thabong sebokeng,15:06pm i havnt recieved my order,when i call the call center they say my order has been cancelled without me even being notified,im hungry moneyless with no order,i want my refund imm. Order ***
