Cancelled order not requested after waiting over 2 hours for delivery

Your pnp asap is horrible… I didn’t receive my delivery today. Been waiting since 6pm. Called your customer care and a ‘ Marvin’ supervisor said would call me back but never did. No order, my money gone. Now just received email with order cancelled funds refunded which may take 3-5 business days. This is the 3rd time this is happening. Learn good service from @Checkers_Sixty60 Bois you guys are consistently good at failing.
