cancellation of account

On the 7th January 2020,i wrote/send mail to Pick n Pay RCS account requesting them to cancel my acount with immediate effect and available ceredit be deposited into my bank account.I send them proof of my ID,bank statement and proof letter from my bank and togethr with my RCS account statement. The repond (dated 1/12/2020 07:48am) from Pick n Pay RCS account was that i must provide them with " The proof of payments into my account of the amount of R 804.00 made on26/02/2019" before they can cancell my account. My quetion is: isn't those document i provided them enough to cancell my account? or is't another way of milking us the R10 they charge us on every month even though i am not owing them, my account is in advance? I could not found this old (26/02/2019) they are looking for Please assist me i need to cancell my account with immediate effect and my credit be deposited in my bannk account.
