Canceled order by picknpay asap drive who claims he contacted me while he didn't

I ordered few groceries today my oderbwas accepted at 10:45, when it was time to deliver i was tracking the driver on the app only to receive notifications tat my order is outside when i track the drive he is still far from my address,after 10 minutes they canceled the order claiming the driver tried to to contact me when he did not my phone was in my hand the whole time,i jave screen shots that i took to show where he went until he canceled my oder😡😡😡😡👺👺👺
