Canal Walk Butchery makes right

<p>I recently felt compelled to complain about a rump roast I had purchased from Pick 'n Pay Canal Walk. It was in fact a huge piece of steak that had been rolled up to look like a roast and vacuum packed. My plan for a Sunday roast was ruined and I was forced to make a stew instead. My reason for complaining was incase they needed to take it up with a supplier, so you can imagine my delight when the Butchery Manager, Mr Ajay (hope that's the right name) compensated me with another roast (proper). Can't thank him enough. Very impressed with the Customer Service at this branch. They may not get everything right, but they are always quick to apologise and rectify... Thank you too to Henriette for going to great lengths to get hold of me to sort things out.</p>
