Called crazy “uyahlanya” at PnP Dobsonville Mall

Visited the Dobsonville mall branch as I usually do , it was disappointing to be treated like a ******** by one of your staff named Andile Thembekwayo who then accused me of being crazy for demanding to speak to a manager, when the manager arrived named Thapelo, he completely addressed the matter so casually, I would honestly be surprised if anything is done about my grievance , totally disappointing as this has been our preferred grocery store as opposed to their biggest competitor whose just a couple of meters away from their door. I’m really disappointed at how customers are undermined at PnP at the Dobsonville mall.
