Call this dump "Ku & Wait" instead of Pick n Pay

The Pick n Pay in Hatfield Pretoria is, to put it mildly, a dump.

It was always nice: no more.

Don't go there between 12h00 and 13h00: the shop's name becomes Ku & Wait because all you do is queue and wait.

Do not go there on the 15th or the end of the month: if you do, bring a fold up chair so that your legs won't give in waiting.

Dirty shop: filthy, filthy is more like it. I have seen public toilets which are cleaner and probably more hygienic too.

No trolleys or baskets: my advice is to ***** one from another store so that you can lug you overpriced goods around.

Beware of beggars who bother you in the never ending queue lines. What are they doing in the store if they have no money to buy stuff?

No staff service: the ones that do hel you seem to think they are doing you a favour.

Many till points not serviced during the peak hours.

Boxes standing around supposedly for workers to pack shelves: said shelves are mostly empty.

Lights out over the till areas: has the zombie apocalypse happened and I wasn't told?

Managers sitting disinterested in their glass fronted office: wake up - your customers come first!

Those that get tired of the lines leave quickly and don't return.

Just like me.
