Call Centre not actioning request and Customer Care not responding to email.

Order R1,017 worth of groceries on 8 August 2017, but a few hours later was advised via banking app that only R730 would be charged. Called the PnP Call Centre at about 18:45 to establish which items would be omitted. The Call Centre operator (could not catch the name because of the high level of background of noise in the Call Centre) tried to find which items were out of stock, but after 15 minutes, no info given. As I am disabled and not able to go to a shop, it is important which items (usually butcher items) are not available so that I could make alternative plans. At that point I requested that the order be cancelled and the operator confirmed that she would cancel the order and action a refund. I did also follow this up to PnP Customer online email the same evening to confirm the conversation. I do not have a problem if items are out of stock, but in this case almost 30% of the order was "out of stock". As it was not possible to know which 30% it was, I requested cancellation. After 3 further online emails and one which I sent seperately, absolutely no replies were received. It is now 15 August and still no word from PnP. The order in question was order number ********** 564 dated 8/8/2017. According to the PnP Online website, cancellation is possible before the goods are delivered. Delivery was scheduled for 9 August, so the cancellation request was well before the time the delivery/collection. Nevertheless, on 9 August a delivery person arrived wanting to deliver the order. I refused to accept as the order was supposed to been cancelled and I had already place an alternative order with Woolworths. I email PNP immediately on 9 August and again on 11 August.
