Calamari Issue

I currently work Monday to Friday and PNP Strand Street Cape Town sees me daily as its convenient and I've always loved Pick N Pay quality but today is a bit of a bad day. I went there as usual around 10am, they had a special running - 2 calamari burgers for R40, no chips, a few nights prior I bought it for my husband as he always enjoys their calamari and thought why not try it. It was not that busy, when I got to the hot food counter there was probably 4 or 5 customers waiting which is not bad. I ordered the special but waited for about 15-20min for it to be made, when I looked again Pick n Pay was so busy and it was like a lunch time rush. I got to the till to pay and waited a while but understood as people were withdrawing money as it was month end to. Anyway, by this time I'm hungry, I got to work and immediately opened my burgers, excited as the calamari was so fresh. I don't usually check the quantity of food or contents on a burger but for some reason I opened the burger and there was literally 4 pieces of calamari on the 1 and 5 on the other. I am so upset right now, I am not willing to work back down to PNP to complain. I mean I could've bought R35 calamari and rolls and still could've gotten more. 1 other thing I did notice, the hot chips, I know potatoes are an issue and expense in SA right now, on some days we get the oven chips and others we get hand cut chips. Working in a call centre close to Pick n Pay taught me me about the hot chips and rolls cheap lunch, but there are days that I just walk pass the counter because of how the quality of chips look.

Pick n Pay I do love you but please look into this
