Cakes are a total flop

The Carlton centre PnP is the most convenient for me to get to & I've been shopping there for a number of years now and I've been pretty ok with their service. Their cakes have been an absolute flop on the other hand. 3 times this year, I've bought cakes from there which were stale and hard to the touch. I keep giving them a chance to redeem themselves but they keep failing dismally in this department. If you're going to sell your customers stale baked goods, at least be honorable about by lowering the price so that we know exactly what we're getting out teeth into
