cake hard

i love going to pick n pay in plumstead and i never have issues as the staff are helpful and friendly the only issue i have is that the cake and cupcakes were hard again when it was bought on Friday and once again it was for a birthday the ****ins were OK just the chocolate cake and the cupcakes. now i previously had a issue with the same thing and now its occurring again. i don't mind if its R150 but when i spend over R300on cake and cupcakes which are hard then it becomes a issue. please sort this out urgently as this it the second time its happening and R300 is a lot of money wasted.
