What the hell is going on now

I paid twice on Thursday R132.98 because your app was going bonkers for order ***. Then the mice was less than thd allocated price by R29.34

So for this order, R162.38 is due to me which I requested a wallet payout which is my money.

Today's order ***

The mince was less than what I paid by R34.38

Who requested the wallet payout for this because I sure as he'll didn't request it. There is not credit in my account for this amount. Where is my money. We pay instantly but to get our money back is a crime and we have to ****** beg, I sometimes wait 2 to 3 weeks for my own money. What is wrong with pick n pay.
