****** by Pick n Pay ASAP

On the 28th of September I downloaded the ASAP App to try the delivery service for the first time. I loaded my cart and paid by using my card details. The app then froze and my order totally disappeared. I was on hold on the call center number twice for ten minutes and did not get through a consultant. 5 support tickets later, my order went from paid, to completely gone, to accepted late in the afternoon, to canceled late at night. My bank account has not been refunded. My wallet on the app also remains at zero. I will never use this service again. I've basically been ******. No contact has been made by the support team at all
