Buying Electricity at Pick'n Pay

My name is Anele Machanyana I am a pick 'n Pay customer for all most more than 20 years I have an issue on buying electricity at a pick 'n Pay store in Khayelitsha. On 24th November 2015 I went to Pick n Pay Khayelitsha I presented my phone with a meter number to buy electricity. I was shown a BIG writing on the wall stating \WE DO NOT ACCEPT METER NUMBERS ON PHONES
