Buying a appliances from pick n pay is a no go!!

Do not buy any appliances at pick n pay, we bought a tv from them, got a warranty slip, the tv is giving problems after 6 months...now they do not want to refund or give a replacement, rather want to send it in for repairs.

I have a son that watch tv everyday, and will not understand that the tv will be in for repair...

How do they expect us to just go without a tv for a month.
