Buyer Beware - PnP Discretely Overcharges for Specials

Recently Pick n Pay has been *********** customers more frequently. Luckily I have started tallying every rand spent and finally the last two times I have proof of their dishonesty.

In the specials pamphlet, they advertise x2 Crisp Lettuce for R25, x2 Brocolli for R25 and lastly x3 chocolates for R30. However, instead of paying R25, R25 and R30 respectively, my mother paid R26.50, R27.20, R32.10.

This is false advertising, dishonest and they are *****ing from the common people. How many other customers have fallen for this? Does the public realise they are discretely *****ing a rand here, a rand there? ***** R2 from 200 customers is R400, ***** from 1 000 000 customers only nationwide and you have a whopping R4 000 000.

It makes me sick, especially when they hide behind the "Pensioners discount" and say you have a deduction already, are you trying to say because my mother is a pensioner she does not get to benefit from the specials you advertised?

We have raised this with PnP locally and head office, but they deny any error and refuse to fix the issue, as they believe the calculations are correct. This is an insult to the public, they treat us like we are stupid and do not know what we are talking about.
