Butchery Meat Quality

Dear Hello Peter.<br> <br> During the course of the last 3 months I had 2 major incidents at this retailer regarding the quality of their butchery.<br> <br> During the course of December I broke one of my molars eating a burger beef patty imbedded with large bone pieces which I brought along upon return of the produce. I was told to acquire a quote from my local dentist for appropriate repairs which I submitted. Until now the matter has not been escalated with very little feedback from this retailer.<br> <br> About a week ago I brought 2 BBQ/Braai packs from the same butchery and upon opening the marinated meat which was packaged in a separate sachet the smell of putrid meat was quite evident. I returned the goods which was replaced and I was refunded. This is however very little consolation. I and many other individuals now consider buying meat products from this retailer a risk.
