Busy Corner Mall staff and WiCodes again!!!!

I am super disappointed with you EBONY PARK/BUSY CORNER STORE!!!!!! - I have WiCodes that I always use at your store, which were a problem at first because your cashiers couldn't use them ,I had to lodge a complaint on here in order for them to be taught how to use them. - I have a similar problem again, so the WiCodes are one voucher per transaction which limits my shoping so I have been loading them into a gift card instead so that if some value is ledt, I can use it later. NOW MY PROPBLEM is that your staff at Ebony/Busy corner act like they don't know how to use them when one of them, actually 2 have been able to help me with no problems. Today I was told that they can't help me with no VALID explanation, I have been able to do this at Shoprite Yarona with no problem. -Please teach your staff about Client perks because instead of shopping in peace I must go around explaining myself to your staff who come with an attitude and look at me like I am talking from the side of my neck... -The one hirl.who could do it was told not to assist me because she did so early today SUN 16 JUNE and when I went back later she said she couldn't anymore.. - Train your staff especially your supervisors because they are the ones who bully the cashiers not to do things them as supervisors cannot do. - Had I been in Mall of Africa or somewhere where white people shop this would have never happened but in the TOWNSHIPS WE ARE TREATED AS IF WE HAVE GONE TO BEG YOUR STUFF!!! *** my Name is Nomonde!!
