Worst service, pnp home is an absolute waste that doesn't honor the prices they state.

I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago and Clinton from pnp hyper by the sea contacted me to advise one item wasn't available but he would get it within 2days. A day later my order was cancelled, so I called the store and was assisted by an absolutely rude receptionist (Charmaine) , thereafter I spoke to Clinton who assured me my order wasn't cancelled , he said its only fair I receive the items at the price I initially paid and he received the 3rd item so I could collect my order. He phoned an hour later stating my order was cancelled but he would sort it out. The next day he completely changed his attitude and advised they can't offer it at the price I paid.

I escalated the issue and Rolleen Magalas(Team Leader) was supposed to resolve the issue. It's been 7days and now my emails are being ignored.

Don't waste your time purchasing from pnp home , they have no ethics and don't care about their customers
