Burger deal - False advertising

I went to PnP Krugersdorp Bell street this morning. Bought the burger deal for myself and my husband for dinner. I swiped our Smart Shopper card and paid with my FNB bank card. I got charged R100 - when I went to speak to the manager he told me I have to use my own smart shopper card. I told him its my husband on the card but I do the shopping and he said we dont do family cards.

So now here is my question - has PnP every checked cards to names - I earn points all the time - I even spend the points but now they have this so called you have to use your own card? Nonsense - FNB just partnered with them and already they will start losing customers due to false advertising Eager to see if PnP will even respond
