Bunch Of ******!!!!!!!!!

So tired of Pick n Pay Newmarket. I Lodged a complaint 23 September 2020 on how none of your specials came of my slip. with proof of my slip. I was promised feedback. On 28 September I sent another message indicating that I had no response, and was promised that this will be looked into. 01 October I sent a 3rd message complaining again that I have had no response. And I was totally ignored...no response no answer. We are now on the 6th October with no response. So basically Pick n Pay can advertise specials and charge me full price...So where to next do I now really have to report this to CPA or what. Pick n pay stole almost R150 in one shop...how is this fair???
