I wish I could rate Pick n Pay 0

I ordered an order online via the ASAP app and everything went well until the driver was on his way.

The driver cancelled my order saying they could not get a hold of me without trying to contact me. Furthermore security confirmed noone arrived from Pickpay.

What a waste of time and money. The driver did not even try to deliver my stuff.

Then when you call customer care you have to try and quickly take down the new ASAP number which cannot be found online or else their in store customer service wont help

I am a loyal customer to pick n pay why must I be treated like this
