BUG INFESTED STOCK!!

I went to Pick ‘n Pay Kings mall Gonubie on 31/12/22 and bought Pick n pay ice cream cones box. The same night I used the cones I noticed insects inside crawling,lots of them some cones with holes as if eaten. I took them back the following day on 1/1/22. The manager Mark who was on duty apologised and told me that the responsible company will contact me. Till today they haven’t contacted me as I really needed their apology and explanation of what happened.

When I opened the box infront of manager in Pick n Pay he saw the crawling insects!was disgusting as box said expiry date was 2023!

If my children had fallen sick who will be responsible for this!!?? This is very bad customer service !!
