Broken and torn Longboard school bag
I have a disappointing experience and bad customer service with Pick n Pay. I bought a Longboard kids school bag from them in March, and it was used for only 2 months. The bag has deteriorated significantly, with torn seams and broken parts.
When I returned it, I was given a return slip, but apparently, it wasn't booked for repair. Now, Pick n Pay claims they lost the slip and are attributing the damage to my child's negligence. I strongly dispute this claim, as the bag is clearly defective and failed due to poor manufacturing.
I bought the bag for R1200, and it's unacceptable to see such poor quality. I'd like Pick n Pay to either repair or replace the Longboard school bag or provide a refund.
