Brithday Special - Gas Braai - Bad Service / Broken Promises

<p>Hi Pick n Pay,</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope you had a great Birthday , in celebration of your birthday a cadac gas braai was going for R2000. On my first encounter with trying to purchase this braai I was sent from pillar to post and walked the store 3 times when asking your attendants to help. Only for the manager to tell me there was no stock 30minutes later. This was on the 21st of June. He had taken my name down and said they would call me in two days. to pick up my braai. I had offered to pay for it before I had collected it. Consultant said i should not. I thereafter went on the 24th again as i did not recieve a call. Once again i was given the cold shoulder and was told they had stock but was sold. I when i had wrote my name down i was number 3 on the list mind you. Either something unsavoury or there is some prefrenial treatment given to other customers?I had went again on the 26th of June , with the same sensitment. The staff was really unfriendly and was in no mood to help me in anyway. This was frustrating as i had to go there numerous times with no result. Lastly i had went again on the 2nd of July and once again i was told that they dont know whats happening ... how could this be? I was once again declined on anything and what i had found fishy was i did once again offer to pay for the braai even before recieving this was again turned down. Is this normal practice ... How do i go about getting this braai? As i am utertly frustrated dealing with this branch they are totally incompertant.</p> <p> </p> <p>I look forward to hearing from you.</p>
