BRING BACK SPAR

I am not sure if this LAKESIDE PICK &amp; PAY is a franchise or not - this does not really matter. The service, attitude and stock is a DISGRACE!! Our Lakeside community have complained about this store for years - and there seems to be no improvement at all - they simply dont care!!<br> Last evening( and every evening) at peak time - between 17:00hrs - and 19:00 hrs - they had 3 tills out of 9 open - and the till at the door - where one buys electricity/ lotto tickets etc is available - which is a joke - as this queue may have only 5 people in it - it takes ages - as people are not only buying groceries here.<br> The main queue snaked right to the back of the store. The bottle store - which is just as bad had 1 till open - the queue was right to the back of the store. Quite often - a customer will leave the queue , and go to the main store to ask the manager for help - IT DOESNT HAPPEN!!!!!! <br> The stock in both stores is a JOKE !!!!! One could never do a monthly shop here - you would walk away with only half the stuff on your li<br> This store is NOTHING like the other PICK&amp;PAY stores - and Im afraid this store is very slowly bringing the reputation of your brand down.<br> PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!!!!!
