Brilliant Staff at Pick n Pay Westville store

It's been a while since my customer service expectations were exceeded but it happened today (8 Dec) at Pick n Pay Pavilion branch in Westville, KZN. It was around midday and I had some questions about the fruit specials. The young guy who helped me was very knowledgeable about the specials and all of the products. He not only answered my questions but went out of his way to show me where the relevant products were located. I had some further fresh produce questions and another stellar employee, this time an older guy was equally marvellous and I felt really happy to be spending money in the store. Management also deserves some praise as every employee was pleasant and the store was spotless and everything as it should be. Well done everyone.
