Brilliant service Pick 'n Pay. Lakeside - Western Cape

We love Pick 'n Pay Lakeside - Western Cape. From the moment we walk into Pick 'n Pay, until we've completed our shopping trip... it's an amazing experience. The staff are our family, and they really care about each and every one of their customers. Their friendliness, efficiency, and the sweet personal touches they add to make their customers shopping experience super-special is really appreciated.

They make it their mission to point out their items on sale if we happen to miss it. They order products that might not be available... and if its urgent they'll "shop around" and collect it the same day from one of their other stores for you. They have tons of advice on what products to use where - when we are faced with challenges in our domestic c****s.

I'm useless at cooking - and they often provide me with recipes that have my husband and children beaming from ear-to-ear. I've witnessed our Pick 'n Pay staff collecting monies between themselves to buy get-well cards, or bouquets of flowers for their elderly customers.

Their jokes, and small talk leaves one laughing long after we've left the store. Nothing is too much effort for them. They go the extra mile for us... their customers. We've been shopping at Pick 'n Pay since it opened about 11years ago in Lakeside, and we intend to continue shopping there for many more years to come ... What an experience.
