Breach Of Consumer Protection Act

I purchased an Aim TV set from Pick N Pay Greenstone in April 2015. It stopped working in October 2015. I took it back to Pick N Pay Greenstone, they had it repaired and returned it to me MINUS the power cable & remote. Got them back after two weeks. TV set has AGAIN stopped working, they want to have it repaired AGAIN. I have since purchased a TV from another retailer and want my money back, they are only prepared to have it fixed again. I am not interested in a TV set that has stopped working twice within 9 months. Went to Norwood Hyper this morning to try and sort it out, same response, same arrogant \couldn't give a damn"attitude that I got at Greenstone. Their attitude STINKS at both stores but they have the monopoly and losing a customer means absolutely nothing to them."""
